Hotel packages are packages that you book online with a firm date. Please check the conditions of each hotel in your booking form, after clicking on the button "Reserve online".
SIGNATURE gift packages are flexible to use and don't come with an expiry date. The indicated validity periods and selected options are not restricted as the package can be converted, at any time, into an equivalent value credit, which can then be applied to the purchase of another Signature package, special offer or regular gift certificate offered by Hôtellerie Champêtre (a $5 administrative charge applies).
The value of the Signature package is guaranteed for the first year, based on the validity period and restrictions indicated in the offer; however, the package does not have an expiry date and can be exchanged at any time (a $5 administrative charge applies).
The indicated validity periods and the packages chosen are not restricted as the package can be converted, at any time, into an equivalent value credit, which can then be applied to the purchase of another product sold by Hôtellerie Champêtre.
1) READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The Conditions of Use will outline the benefits of our Signature packages, as well as the terms governing their use.
- Signature packages are not convertible into cash.
- Unless otherwise stated, Signature packages include applicable taxes.
- Unless otherwise indicated, Signature packages include service for meals.
- Signature packages may only be redeemed once.
- Signature packages cannot be combined with any other current offer or promotion.
- Signature packages cannot be combined with special rates.
- If the gift package was purchased with a promotional discount and the customer wants to convert its package gift card, the value of the gift card will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase, not the value of the package.
2) REGISTER YOUR PACKAGE ON YOUR PROFILE
Register your package on the personal profile that you can create on the Hôtellerie Champêtre website (www.hotelleriechampetre.com). This will enable you to replace the package in case of theft or loss.
3) BOOK YOUR STAY
When ready, contact the establishment indicated in your package, giving them at least 48-hours prior notice of your arrival and indicating that you will be redeeming a Signature package from Hôtellerie Champêtre.
4) ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES
A $5 administrative charge applies when you request a change to your Signature package, special offer, regular gift certificate or any other Signature package.
No returns can be made once the Signature package has been purchased. If you cannot use your Signature package, you have the option of exchanging it for another Signature package, special offer or regular gift certificate of equivalent value (or greater value, but you will be required to pay the difference, excluding the 5$ administrative charge).
In the case that your Signature package stay is cancelled, the conditions of the establishment apply. Directly contact the hotel or inn to be informed of their cancellation policies.

The terms herein constitute an agreement between Hôtellerie Champêtre, the purchaser and the user of the Signature package. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Hôtellerie Champêtre's Signature packages. In order to redeem the Signature package, you must accept the terms and conditions described herein; conditions that may be modified at any time and without prior notice.
Reservations are subject to availability at the indicated establishment. The establishment and Hôtellerie Champêtre cannot be held responsible if the user turns up without a reservation and the described services and activities cannot be honoured.
Hôtellerie Champêtre facilitates purchase of Signature packages and acts as a representative for the various hotels and inns that are contractually obliged to provide the described products and services. After a reservation is made, Hôtellerie Champêtre is no longer legally responsible in the event that a member establishment cannot fulfil its obligations due to closure, bankruptcy, service interruption, or any other reason. However, in most cases, in an effort to provide its clients with the best possible service, Hôtellerie Champêtre allows purchasers who have not yet redeemed their Signature package to obtain a credit that can be used in any other establishment in the network, so that they may still take advantage of the offer. This credit cannot be combined with any other promotion and the establishment owner reserves the right to limit the application of said credit on certain products and services.
In order to provide you with certain services, Hôtellerie Champêtre may ask you to provide some personal information (identification, contact information, etc.) during the registration or purchase process, or to ensure your continued use of our services. In order to use our services in good faith, you must agree that any information you enter while registering with Hôtellerie Champêtre is correct and up-to-date.
USER PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
You must also understand and accept that you are responsible for securing the passwords you created for your profile. Furthermore, users also agree that they are solely responsible for all activities that take place on their account. If you become aware of unauthorized activity on your profile, you must immediately contact Hôtellerie Champêtre at the following address: email@example.com.
Hôtellerie Champêtre communicates with its users via electronic communications, i.e. email. Users therefore consent that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we send electronically satisfy all legal requirements that such communications be made in writing.
