Since 1972, l'Auberge des Gallant, located on 400 acres on Rigaud mountain, went from a dining room of 26 places to a 4-star Inn, member of the Quebec resorts and Country Inns. With its 4-star restaurant, according to the Debeur guide, its 5 acres of botanical gardens, its maple pavilion built from trees recuperated from the ice storm and offering sugar shack style meals from February to the end of April, and with its new health spa, we can now say for sure that l'Auberge des Gallant is a four season destination.
The story goes on ... now with Neil Gallant in the kitchen, Steven Gallant in charge of the maple forest and Michael Gallant in the kitchen at the maple pavilion. Linda and Gérard Gallant are lookinf forward for another 40 years of happy Innkeeping!

The Maple Pavilion is located in a glade amid a vast grove of maple trees planted on the south side of Mont Rigaud, which has the ideal microclimate for producing syrup and maple sugar. Maple products are available all year round.
